I love to help others, which led me to tutoring and will soon lead me to medical school. I earned my bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences at Cornell University, and I'm working on my pre-medical training so that I can attend medical school in a year or two. While I'm not working hard as a pre-med student, I tutor students in standardized and college test prep, as well as science, math, and reading. I can work with students on a variety of sciences, including anatomy, physics, biology, chemistry, nutrition, and other college-level sciences. I can also tutor students in study skills and organization, which helps students prepare for nearly any homework assignment in any subject. I also enjoy tutoring students in test preparation, including all sections of the SAT and ACT, and graduate school tests like the MCAT and PSAT. I enjoy science as well as the field of teaching because I love to take complex equations or questions and show my students how to break them down into smaller pieces so that they become easy to learn. I know that all students learn differently, so I work to learn each student's learning style so that I can better help them. I want learning to be enjoyable for everyone, and I look forward to becoming your tutor!
